Breathing Space is a free, confidential service for people experiencing depression or anxiety. It provides a safe space and will offer helpful advice and information.

The Samaritans provide emotional support to anyone experiencing distress or at risk of suicide.

You can call NHS24 on 111 to access the Community Mental Health Team and Crisis Service.
They work with local teams to ensure that people having difficulties or at risk of suicide can access Mental Health help.
